Product Packaging
Aluminum veneer products are well-packaged for protection. Each panel is wrapped with a film, cushioned by foam and plastic film to prevent scratches and impacts. Then, they are packed into wooden crates, with a maximum of 50 panels per crate. Labels on the crates show product name, size, color, and quantity.
Shipping
These products are shipped by sea. Standard 20-foot containers are about 5.9m long, 2.35m wide, and 2.39m high. The aluminum veneer should fit these dimensions; oversized ones need special containers. A 20-foot container can carry 21 - 23 tons, and a 40-foot one can carry 26 - 28 tons. The total weight of the veneer and its packaging must be within these limits for safe shipping and regulatory compliance.
